Banish the Patriot?

You know I believe that some where in the these United States of America there would arise one of the Governors such as Jan Brewer in Arizona, now she has the type of brass ones to sue the feds for them not following the Constitution for all of the unjust laws and bills that they are passing.
Where and when do the rights of the people become the priority of the congress? I would like to know just where the patriots are at. Please step forward, I would if I just had the where-with-all to be the leader. If it were me to step forward it would just be a very short lead because the libs would take me in and chew me up and spit me out along side the right-of-way.
We need some one like Jan to jump in or maybe a Glenn Beck. I am willing to follow and help out,I am willing to die for my God,country and family but I need a leader to lead. I just don't have enough leadership skills to do the job as it needs to be done.
Now then I read that Hillary Clinton has signed with the United Nation to outlaw guns and ammo. All that is needed is for the Congress to sign off on it and then we will be a weaponless country unable to defend ourselves against the tyrannical government that is trying to put us down.
What the hell is going on? We have a muslim in the white house small (o)bamma trying to act as a president, when he would never amount to a pimple on a real presidents butt. Then the people of the U.S. voted in a house and senate that is backing him on almost everything that he can dream up to take us down the road to socialism. What the hell is going on here?

Oh yes and lets not forget Kagan to the Supreme Court, so as to allow more of his agenda to go forward with the blessing of the 3ed arm of the government. It is supposed to be filled with people and judges who BELIEVE in the Constitution not filled with one's who want to help destroy the United States.
Then there is Eric Holder who is refusing to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate if any improprieties took place in the job offers in the White House to not run in two senatorial races. This impostor that we have living in the White House should by all means be thrown out, not impeached but tossed out on his ear. When that happens then I will be the one who will stand up and say as Michelle small(o)bama said ,"I am finally proud of my country." Oh yes what a glorious moment that will be. I really believe that it will happen just because of the pompous kiss-my-ass attitude about the Constitution,Amendments and the Bill of Rights, that small(o)bama has displayed over the last 1 1/2 yrs.
When will he ever show his BIRTH certificate, not the certificate of live birth-- two different things entirely.
In the 1980's the total amount of currency in circulation was 1 1/2 trillion dollars, today as I heard on the news it is 14 trillion. Wow talk about inflation. If $1 in 1980's bought $1 dollars worth of good then in today's market it will only purchase .35 cents worth of goods.
Oh please put the tax and cap in so you can get the rest of the monies that we are earning. Then when that is done please send it over to another foreign country such as Grease or some other place that I really don't give a rats ass about.
Nancy's famous words of "Lets pass the bill so we can see what is really in it." Does this give you a clue as to what has got to happen.
Bring us a Patriotic Leader to lead us out of this mind boggling fog that we have allowed ourselves to get dragged into.

I think that it may very well be something that is inherent with the liberal’s mind that, “if it feels good do it”. It doesn’t mater whether or not if it is right or wrong. It’s hard to wrap your mind around the fact that there can be such a chasm between people that on the outside can look and act so much alike and on the inside they can be so diametrically opposite.

I have always wondered just what goes through some people’s minds as far as just what is right and wrong. What is it that causes one sibling to wander away from solid core values that were taught in the same house hold in the same manner and then to take a totally different path down the wrong fork. Yes I mean the wrong fork. There is no politically correct way to put that statement. I do not mean that is was the right way for “that” individual. I MEAN THE WRONG WAY. To hurt society by robbing or by breaking all of the rules that they can just for the fun of it. One says I want this or that and sets out to earn it or work towards a particular goal. The other says I want this or that and I think that society should give it to me.

There has to be something wrong in the genetic make up of some people. The development of the brain and the way it is supposed to function can not have run the full course in some people.

It’s the same way with the illegal’s entering into this country. How can any body break the law and not expect to get in trouble when they get caught. They have been let slip by for so many years that now they have had children born in this country.

“Anchor” babies should be done away with as far as a legal status for citizenship is concerned.. I’m terribly sorry for the children but they along with their parents should all have to go back to their parent’s county of origin. I can see the children that were born here getting a “fast track” for re-entry into the United States, and then applying for citizenship, but no fast track for the parents. The sins of the parents fall on the children. It’s not my fault that they chose to disrespect the laws of a foreign country and enter illegally. The price for breaking the law is “you’re guilty”.

There again we see the rationale that if it feels good just do it. Because you need money does not give you the right to rob a bank. Because the grass is greener on the other side of the border does not give you the right to enter and to take the jobs, revenue and the livelihood of the rightful citizens that do have a right to them. Nobody can deny the fact that foreigners want to obtain a better way of life for them selves and their families here in America. It is a GOD given desire for a parent to want better for their offspring. But there comes a point when the drag on society and the constant withdrawal of the national resources is too much to sustain. Here in Idaho the cost to the tax payers in all areas connected to the illegals that are here in Idaho is 200 million dollars. That is just the cost to Idahoans, what is the total cost of illegal’s to the whole of the United States. There is, after all just so much that a country and government can sustain. Every person can not be guaranteed the same standard of living in any country unless it is abstract poverty.

In the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America it is stated that all men are created equal by their creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That is not a guarantee and it is not said that the government would supply you or give you any thing. It is implied that you will have the RIGHT to pursue that better life and that you may prosper in the end as a result of your efforts.

The Bill of rights and the Constitution were thought to be a guiding light to the other countries not a beacon to the welfare country of the world. Now I realize that we are thought to be such a terrible country, but why is it that we as individuals are the most generous people in the world. When a disaster hits any where the citizens and businesses are more giving than most governments. Why is that if we are such a bad lot of people.

There are many things that need to be addressed here in this country of ours but the one that I am attacking today is the issue of foreigners here in this country illegally. It is caused by some of the simplest things that we do. It used to be that the neighbor kid would mow our lawns. If it wasn’t done right then we would correct them and make sure that it was done to our wants as to how it was mowed and trimmed. Now we have Juans lawn service running tether and yon Do we even ask if they are here with a work visa? Or if they have any illegal’s working for them. No! The only thing we ask is how much do you charge.

It can and has happened so “under our noses” that we just were blind to the calamity that was taking place. I remember when I was a young man that there were many Mexicans that came up here and worked in the fields in Southern Idaho and when the harvest was done they went back down to Mexico. They lived in work camps which were available for the workers and their families. I’m not sure but I always thought that they had some sort of work visa that allowed them to come into the U.S.A. to work. It really didn’t matter to me then because there were plenty of jobs for us kids and there was industry jobs available adults also.It was a win win situation for them and for the farmers that needed the labor. Now it seems that the attitude is, why go back just stay here. The law is so lax up here that nobody will ever say any thing.

On one hand I feel sorry for people that by all rights should go back to their respective countries. I know that they are afraid to go back because of the standard of living that has been afforded them at our expense and the expense of the jobs that we and our children have lost to them.

It has always been the way of Americans to strive to do the best that we can do and to pass that work ethic on to our children. When our children would reach that point then they too would move out, move on and start their own extended families.

Sustenance is not the only thing that people need to make themselves happy as a human being. It is being able to look back and see that “The job is well done”.

Well now it has been a very long time since I have set down to the blog and I APOLOGIZE for that.
I have been very much involved in the politics of the state and at the federal level.
I mean really--- just what has this country turned into. It seem like just the other day it was a republic and then I turned around and it was all screwed up an it is looking like the early Nazi regime has moved in and starting to set up shop. Does most of the public have blinders on and just not able to see what is going on?? Have the American citizens turned a blind eye to the politico system. Do people really STILL believe that the elected officials will, in the long run, do the right thing? WAKE UP AMERICA !!! You rights as an American are being stolen right beneath your noses. We used to think that when we elected our representatives to office that hey would keep in mind what the common folks were like and what the ideals of the represented wanted. Well no more. those days are gone and if you will think about it you will realize that it was never that way.
Our AMERICA is quickly going to an OLIGARCHY and not even going to pause there to move right directly to marxism. Then on to communism, you may not think that the country we were born to love could make the change from a republic to where it is headed, but just pull your head out of the sand and look at what is going on. Our President small(o)bama stood right in front and read right off of the monitors exactly what it was that he was, how he believed and what he wanted to do to our country and that it would not take that long to do it. President small(o)bama has been in office less than 10 (ten) months and look at what he has done so far. The government is now the proud owner of two of the three major car companies, has taken control of 2/3 of the banking industries and has set him self up and his czars to even go so far as to fire CEO's from private companies. I am not saying that they didn't need to be fired, but the government doing it, Then to tell private companies just how much executives pay should be." WAKE UP AMERICA". He has also taken the country back about 50 to 60 years in as far as the race issue goes. I would venture to say that unless he sets himself up as the dictator or king small(o)bama
I doubt that we will see another black president for the next 250 years, if this country lasts that long.
Just take a look at what empathy will get you. We sat back and just had to watch Days of our lives, Oprah, dancing with the stars, the bachelor, desperate house wives and the rest of the crap that we seem to be more interested in. If we don't do something soon the only thing you will be watching is the small(o)bama channel about the great one and all of the huggie kissie crap that they have been trying to feed us all along, but we will have to see IT eat it and learn to like it or else. Gee I think it has already begun to happen. Has there been a day yet since small(o)bama got elected that he has not been addressing the nation ( maybe the nation of islam ). I dont know about you but I have had a butt full of it and him and his unelected cabinet of czars.

Well Gee everybody but him was foreign born in his family. So lets really get serious and get some comprehensive immigration reform in the (united states) small caps for a reason. Hell soj (son of jihad ) still cant find his birth certificate. You would think that some one in his organization of thieves ,( the senate and house) would have been able to get one manufactured by now. But OH no we have become a nation of chickens. I am beginning to believe that maybe just maybe it was reported correctly that we are a nation of cowards, no heart for the fight that is ahead of us and never should have been allowed to progress to the limits that it has.
I must confess, it is my mother and fathers fault. Every body else can blame their parents so I believe that it is time for me to take my place in the blame line. Our parents did nothing to prepare us for the challenge of facing down our run amok government. All I can remember Dad saying was , if he is a democrat vote for them. The thought process was that no matter who was elected they surely would have the best interest of the country and her citizens in mind. But now we have every type of deviate imaginable in as our elected officials in Washington, just when did we let our guards down any way.
I have always been a very positive person but now I am scared very scared, not for my self but for our children, I hope that it is not too late to educate them about just what is taking place and what is about to come about in our world. If we do not take control of this government and get some of these ridiculous laws repealed and get the damn minority of people out of the way and tell them that We - the majority are in control then you might as well just give up and say that the fat lady has sung and come to the understanding that the united states of America is toast.

Well I'm back if only for a shot one. I have had to keep the duct tape wrapped tightly around my head for fear of it just blowing up. I don't think that I need to ask, but can you believe the audacity of that pig that we have in the white house. The SOJ has just gone too far as far as me and ALL of my friends. Now he is probably going to apologize to the jehad's and the rest of the freaking terrorist world about just how unfair we have been and how we should not be the big brother of the world--- Well to put it politely he can KISS MY BASQUE ASS. Gee I hope that offends some one cause quite frankly I don't give a rats ass. Any sob (soj) that goes out and is apologizing to the E.U. and the rest of Europe for our actions well I just wish now that they were speaking german, instead of the hi english that they have now. They talk about the fact that President Bush was arrogant------ hell he doesn't hold a candle to this arrogant PRICK that we have in the white house now. It is not just a sad day for the United States but also for the rest of the world, because of his sad sack assed (girlie man ) ways he is more than willing to sell EVERYONE down the tubes just to show that the 1st black president can extract retribution out of the whole world.
This is not just a Robbin Hood type of project for him it is a take from everyone and give to ones who kiss his royal butt the best. There has been no shortage of the butt kissers so far.
I would like to see some of the states or rather all of the states stand up and say no to the money, but no they say, to justify themselves, Well if we don't take it some one else will. WASHINGTON -- Turns out there is a problem with limiting the pay of highly compensated bankers: the Wall Street high flyers pay taxes, too.

Imagine this: Capping top bank executives at $400,000 a year, as the Senate version of the $800-plus billion economic stimulus had called for, would have cost the government $11 billion in lost tax revenue by 2019. That's more than $1 billion a year, according to an estimate this week by the Congressional Budget Office.

Ouch.

Eager to lower the price of the stimulus package, congressional negotiators working on the final bill made the pay cap disappear.

Dodd said that even though the salary cap had been removed from the final bill, he was still hearing objections from major financial institutions.

"I just find it incredible that people are calling up and bellowing about this," he said on the Senate floor. "We're in the deepest economic crisis in the lifetime of any living American, and they're worried about their pay."

You know what is funny about this scenario is I think that just a week or so ago these two faced dirt bags voted themselves a pay increase, hummmmmm. Oh no that wasn't me that was my left hand, my right hand didn't know what was going on so there for I did not whole heartedly approve of the increase that it, I, I mean it ( left hand) right hand oh no I'm confused, voted for.

Not only would it cost the government money it would deprive the industry of some of the best minds at what they can do best. I mean after all it took them approximatly 8 to16 years to help us get to the financial hell that we are in. Some one of lesser talents might have been able to have gotten it done within, oh say, the 2nd term of (BJ) Clinton. In turn helping the U.S. from having to suffer through all those years of antisipation just waiting for the other shoe to fall.

Texas. -- 886,000 for a frisbe course

Florida -- 4.5 million for an ecological park

Virginia --1.8 million for tennis courts

California -- 500,00 for a dog park

Now would the real reason for the hurry up itis please stand up. What about the openness and honesty that was supposed to be present with President"him whose name shall not be mentiond". We the people were supposed to be able to view the bills as they are presented for at least 48 hours before they would be voted on so we could possible have some sort of input into the process. Y

Kind of a big work for such a short fat guy but that is OK with me.
You know some times there comes a point in your life that you just dont know where to start to say something cause there is just too much to talk or write about. That is the perdicument that I find my self in today. These ( Jesus may you hurry and take their soul jerks) elected officials that we have in Washington have done the best that they can do to put some of the most rediculous stuff into this stimulous budget. Get ready with the tape. Hold ona moment,-----schreee, schreee, schreeeeeee, that is the sound of me taping my head up so it wont explode as I write this next line. One of the things that they put in the stimulus bill is ---are you ready for this, 30 million dollars to help save the field mouse in san francisco ( no capitalization for s.f. cause they dont deserve it).
O.M.G. doesn't it just cause your head to hurt to think about what is going on. To think that some body actually voted them in to office. A FRICKIN FIELD MOUSE. Please give me a major break. I'm afraid to even look to see what else is in the damn thing.

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Roger Barnett, 64, began rounding up illegal immigrants in 1998 and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he said, after they destroyed his property, killed his calves and broke into his home.

His Cross Rail Ranch near Douglas, Ariz., is known by federal and county law enforcement authorities as "the avenue of choice" for immigrants seeking to enter the United States illegally.

Trial continues Monday in the federal lawsuit, which seeks $32 million in actual and punitive damages for civil rights violations, the infliction of emotional distress and other crimes. Also named are Mr. Barnett's wife, Barbara, his brother, Donald, and Larry Dever, sheriff in Cochise County, Ariz., where the Barnetts live. The civil trial is expected to continue until Friday.

The lawsuit is based on a March 7, 2004, incident in a dry wash on the 22,000-acre ranch, when he approached a group of illegal immigrants while carrying a gun and accompanied by a large dog.

Attorneys for the immigrants - five women and 11 men who were trying to cross illegally into the United States - have accused Mr. Barnett of holding the group captive at gunpoint, threatening to turn his dog loose on them and saying he would shoot anyone who tried to escape.

The immigrants are represented at trial by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), which also charged that Sheriff Dever did nothing to prevent Mr. Barnett from holding their clients at "gunpoint, yelling obscenities at them and kicking one of the women."

In the lawsuit, MALDEF said Mr. Barnett approached the group as the immigrants moved through his property, and that he was carrying a pistol and threatening them in English and Spanish. At one point, it said, Mr. Barnett's dog barked at several of the women and he yelled at them in Spanish, "My dog is hungry and he's hungry for buttocks."

The lawsuit said he then called his wife and two Border Patrol agents arrived at the site. It also said Mr. Barnett acknowledged that he had turned over 12,000 illegal immigrants to the Border Patrol since 1998.

In March, U.S. District Judge John Roll rejected a motion by Mr. Barnett to have the charges dropped, ruling there was sufficient evidence to allow the matter to be presented to a jury. Mr. Barnett's attorney, David Hardy, had argued that illegal immigrants did not have the same rights as U.S. citizens.

Mr. Barnett told The Washington Times in a 2002 interview that he began rounding up illegal immigrants after they started to vandalize his property, northeast of Douglas along Arizona Highway 80. He said the immigrants tore up water pumps, killed calves, destroyed fences and gates, stole trucks and broke into his home.

Some of his cattle died from ingesting the plastic bottles left behind by the immigrants, he said, adding that he installed a faucet on an 8,000-gallon water tank so the immigrants would stop damaging the tank to get water.

Mr. Barnett said some of the ranch´s established immigrant trails were littered with trash 10 inches deep, including human waste, used toilet paper, soiled diapers, cigarette packs, clothes, backpacks, empty 1-gallon water bottles, chewing-gum wrappers and aluminum foil - which supposedly is used to pack the drugs the immigrant smugglers give their "clients" to keep them running.

He said he carried a pistol during his searches for the immigrants and had a rifle in his truck "for protection" against immigrant and drug smugglers, who often are armed.

ASSOCIATED PRESS DEFENDANT: Roger Barnett said he had turned over 12,000 illegal immigrants to the Border Patrol since 1998.

A former Cochise County sheriff´s deputy who later was successful in the towing and propane business, Mr. Barnett spent $30,000 on electronic sensors, which he has hidden along established trails on his ranch. He searches the ranch for illegal immigrants in a pickup truck, dressed in a green shirt and camouflage hat, with his handgun and rifle, high-powered binoculars and a walkie-talkie.

His sprawling ranch became an illegal-immigration highway when the Border Patrol diverted its attention to several border towns in an effort to take control of the established ports of entry. That effort moved the illegal immigrants to the remote areas of the border, including the Cross Rail Ranch.

"This is my land. I´m the victim here," Mr. Barnett said. "When someone´s home and loved ones are in jeopardy and the government seemingly can´t do anything about it, I feel justified in taking matters into my own hands. And I always watch my back."
